Beverly obtained her real estate license in 1998 after a successful sales and marketing career in the consumer goods industry with Lenox Brands. Her achievements and recognition include producing the highest sales in the company's 100-year history, generating $500K net profit, achieving the highest regional percentage increase and significantly growing territory to a peak of 200 stores. In 2012, after several relocations with her husband's career, Beverly decided to put her love of real estate to work full-time. She truly feels that real estate is a lifetime endeavor and has found it immensely rewarding and gratifying to assist people with their real estate needs and dreams. She also loves to share with other fellow runners that she is a member of the Ancient City Road Runners club and loves to run in local races. The Gate River Run in the Jacksonville area is one of the great running events in America and has been known for being the top U.S. National 15K Championship event since 1994.
